Meandering Scarf CROCHET Pattern

This fun project is easy to make and has the added bonus of striping colours which are so rewarding when you look back on your progress. The chevrons are made from linen stitch which is so versatile and makes lovely draping crochet fabric.
To get the stripes you must change colour on every row so that every odd row is in the main colour (Plump DK) and every even row is in one of the Pudding contrast colours. I have crocheted the ends in as I worked which saves on lots of sewing in at the end.
Every ball of Pudding makes roughly 19 rows. I have tried to fade the colours in and out by working around 8-10 rows of one contrast colour and then gradually mixing in the next colour, see the photo below. You can, of course, finish one colour before starting another. I have used them in the order listed below.
