This ribbed turtleneck is a new modern take on an old school dickie. It is a simple knit that can be worn as a turtleneck or over your top as a neck warmer. Either look provides extra warmth and style to your outfit. It’s a 2 (3) ball quick project and a chic addition to a winter wardrobe.
