Simple Ribbed Hat Pattern

Free Digital Download pattern which uses gorgeous Alegria by Manos del Uruguay.

Pattern uses Manos Alegria Grande and Alegria Grande Bocados.

SIZE

Adult Medium to fit 50-55cm (20-22”) head circumference; hat is very stretchy

MATERIALS

Manos del Uruguay Alegria Grande 1 x 100g MC
Manos del Uruguay Alegria Grande Bocados 1, 2 or 3 x 25g CC
6mm (US 10) 40cm circular needles
6mm (US 10) double pointed needles or size needle to obtain gauge
Stitch marker

TENSION

16 sts in 10cm (4in) on 6mm needles with 2 strands of yarn held together over 1×1 Rib, relaxed;
10 sts in 10cm (4in) over 1×1 Rib, comfortably stretched

Please work swatch and check carefully. If necessary, change size of needles to obtain correct tension.

NOTE

Yarn is held double throughout
